Villa with swimming pool free of salt water with a capacity for 14 people, with spectacular views of the mountain.
The property is distributed as follows:

- Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds (top single bed and bottom double bed) 6 pax
- Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (top single bed and bottom double bed) 6 pax
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 5: 1 double bed 3 bathrooms - 2 bathrooms with shower
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
Air conditioning throughout the accommodation for the hottest months of the year.
Salt water swimming pool and private garden with barbecue and WiFi.
- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
Persons on the property:
· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.
CHECK-IN:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

. Option to collect the keys from a safety box in the town of Pineda de Mar at no cost. This service must be requested in advance and will be confirmed according to the availability of the small boxes.
Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Deposit of 700 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
. No beach towels are provided.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.

Seul un ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Nous avons contacté Mei qui nous a envoyé un technicien rapidement. Un changement de pile et le volet était opérationnel. Très bon séjour. Maison conforme aux photos. Quelques éclairages le soir autour de la piscine et la rampe ne s'allument pas mais pas évident de trouver tous les interrupteurs. Très belle situation et vue sur les collines environnantes.

Sitio que es mucho mejor que en las fotos, tanto de amplitud como de comodidad! Lo tiene todo para pasar un fin de semana con los amigos y eso que fuimos en febrero y no pudimos aprovechar la piscina pero sinceramente es una casa que vale cada euro qsee more
