Its spacious, modern, warm and comfortable spaces allow you to enjoy all your stays depending on the time of day.
Ideal for families seeking tranquillity in the residential area of Caldetes.
It has a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a stone barbecue where you can enjoy the sun, the swimming pool or why not play a few games of table tennis.
For your peace of mind, access to the pool area has a small gate that closes.
Villa Amatista is equipped for charging electric cars.
Private parking for 3 cars.

Use of the Barbecue:
The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire risk.
People in the property:
· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.
Damage deposit of 700 euros to be paid upon arrival.
For groups under 25 years of age the damage deposit is 1000 euros.
Payment can be made by blocking a bank card or in cash.
In the case of paying in cash, they must provide an IBAN number to be able to make a refund by bank transfer. In no case is the refund made in cash on the day of check-out.
- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.
· It is mandatory that all guests present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. Key collection takes place at the accommodation between 16:00 and 19:00
· Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.
· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied, dishes cleaned and rubbish placed in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys:
Price €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rate, to be paid on-site to the technician.
RULES:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are not allowed
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.
No beach towels are provided.
The property has a security camera on the outside of the house.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) accepts no responsibility for theft or burglary of property or any loss during your stay.

Das Haus ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Grill, sowie die ruhige Lage sind das Highlight. Wir waren begeistert und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen

Eigentlich war alles perfekt. Es hätte vll ein paar bettdecken mehr geben können und spülmittel oder seife waren überhaupt nicht vorhanden und musste noch schnell selbst dazu gekauft werden. aber das waren wirklich nur kleinigkeiten

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa en Espagne ! Nous étions 6 et avons trouvé la maison spacieuse, propre et très agréable à vivre. Tout était parfaitement fonctionnel, et les conditions d’arrivée étaient claires et bien expliquéessee more
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa en Espagne ! Nous étions 6 et avons trouvé la maison spacieuse, propre et très agréable à vivre. Tout était parfaitement fonctionnel, et les conditions d’arrivée étaient claires et bien expliquées. Un vrai plus : la communication a été très facile grâce à une interlocutrice française, toujours réactive et disponible. Le quartier est calme et très sympa, et la villa est idéalement située, à une distance raisonnable de Barcelone. Petit point à noter pour les futurs voyageurs : il y avait très peu de produits de première nécessité (papier toilette, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle), donc mieux vaut penser à en apporter dès le début du séjour. Je recommande malgré tout cette villa sans hésiter !

Goed bereikbaar. Nette verblijf en schoon. De locatie is top. 30 minuten van Barcelona en rustige straat! En het uitzicht is waanzinnig! Leuke vakantie gehad.
