· Communal swimming pool subject to the rules of the community of owners where the house is located. The rules for using the swimming pool may vary depending on each situation.

People in the property:
· The house is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.

- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.

. Security deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the case of paying in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory that all guests present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival and departure outside office hours:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.

· Failure to arrive on check-in day, no refund of the booking will be made.

· Payment of tourist tax is mandatory: Price €1.75 per night/person over 16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.

Cleaning:
. The house must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish placed in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or in the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.

Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 08:00.

· Parties or celebrations are not permitted at the property.
· Pets weighing less than 8 kilos are allowed: this service has an extra cost of €6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 days the maximum cost will be €42/pet/booking.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or loss of property or any loss during your stay.
