Spacious house with capacity for 15 people in Palamós on the Costa Brava.
Located in an area with easy access to essential services, and about 1000 metres from the magnificent Palamós beach and its seafront promenade, which can be reached on foot.
Casa Palamós is the ideal house for spending magnificent holidays with family and friends.
The house has a large fenced outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy, during your holidays, in the open air.
Free WiFi at the accommodation.
Open-air parking within the property grounds for your peace of mind.

Ground floor:
Living room-dining room - TV (Smart TV)
Equipped kitchen with everything necessary to facilitate your stay.
Bedrooms:

. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
. Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed.
2 bathrooms with shower. (1 of them is spacious, facilitating access for people with reduced mobility).

Use of the Barbecue:
The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire risk.
- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.
People in the property:
· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.
· All guests are required to present a valid official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in.
No other documents will be accepted.
. Collection of keys via security box at the property.
. Security deposit of 700 euros. The block will be held until 2 days before arrival.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
The deposit for groups of young people under 25 years of age is 1000 euros.
Key collection takes place from 16:00 to 19:00 at the property.
If you do not show up on the check-in day, no refund will be made for the reservation.
· Mandatory tourist tax payment:
Price £1.75 per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied, the dishes clean and the rubbish disposed of in the designated area, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
No beach towels are provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rate, to be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.
· No parties or events are permitted on the property.
If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.
A rational and responsible use of light and water is requested.
· Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation in all rooms.
- Prohibited from lighting candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) accepts no responsibility for theft or burglary of property or any loss during your stay.

La maison est agréable, nous étions 12 et n'étions pas les uns sur les autres. 4 salles d'eau, c'est fortement agréable quand on est si nombreux. Il est aussi pratique d'avoir un jardin extérieur clôturé, ou l'on peut garer plusieurs voitures sans risee more

Accès à la plage à 900m, facilement faisable à pied.

Nous avons étés très satisfaits de notre séjour, remise des clefs facile avec boite sécurisée, tout était propre et bien rangéet la maison bien décorée et tout équipée propose un superbe espace extèrieur avec barbecue et tables de jardin dont nous avons pu profiter.
