Guests at the property:
· The maximum capacity of the property is 8 people, including adults, children and babies.
· The house can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the booking and there cannot be more people staying or visiting the property at the same time.

Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 25 years old.
· All guests must present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Out of hours arrival and departure:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.

· Failure to arrive on check-in day, no refund of the booking will be made.

· Payment of tourist tax is mandatory: Price 2.75€ per night/person over 16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.

· Security deposit of 500 euros. This will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the case of cash payment, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish placed in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rates, will be charged on-site by the technician.

Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.

· Parties or celebrations are not permitted at the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.

· Pets are allowed. The cost is €6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights the maximum cost per pet will be €42/booking.

IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, the owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning charge of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

. Lighting candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the property is prohibited.

. Beach towels are not provided.

· Community pool subject to the rules of the community of property owners where the house is located. Pool usage rules may vary depending on each situation.

- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery at the property or any loss during your stay.
