Marineland Park in Palafolls, a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk away.
Just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Blanes (Costa Brava) and Malgrat de Mar (Barcelona coast).
One hour from Barcelona and 30 minutes from Girona.
Private parking for one vehicle (standard size) and free parking on the same street.

Guests on the property:
The maximum occupancy of the property is 8 people, including adults, children, and infants.
The house can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the reservation, and no more people can stay or visit the property at the same time.
Check-in:
The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years.
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID (ID or passport) upon check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
Key collection takes place at our office from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

· Late check-in option from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €50 per reservation (payment upon arrival)
· Late check-in option from 9:00 PM to midnight: €100 per reservation (payment upon arrival)
· Late check-in option with a safety deposit box at the office is free of charge.
· No-shows on check-in day result in no refund of the reservation.
· Mandatory tourist tax: €1 per night per person (over 16 years old) and payment for a maximum of 7 nights.
Cleaning: The house must be properly tidied, dishes cleaned, and trash deposited in the street bins before check-out; otherwise, a €100 fee will be charged from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided. Keys:
Lost property keys: €100 per reservation, payable upon delivery of the new set of keys.
Keys left inside the property or inside the main door lock and requiring a locksmith to open the keys: the price depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to abide by the property rules and, in particular, to keep quiet at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
If neighbors complain or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed, with an extra charge of €6/pet/day. For stays of more than 7 nights, the maximum price will be €42/pet/reservation.
- IMPORTANT: In pet-friendly properties, pet owners must ensure that litter is collected and urine is cleaned up. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of €100 being deducted from the security deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this property.
- Lighting candles or any other objects that could cause a fire in the home is prohibited.
· Community pool subject to the rules of the homeowners' association where the property is located. Pool usage rules may vary depending on the situation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.

Unsere Reise nach Palafolls mit zwei Kindern war sehr anstrengend, umso herzlicher wurden wir von Mei empfangen und verabschiedet. Mei ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sie hat auch zwischendurch sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichsee more
Unsere Reise nach Palafolls mit zwei Kindern war sehr anstrengend, umso herzlicher wurden wir von Mei empfangen und verabschiedet. Mei ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sie hat auch zwischendurch sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Das Haus in Palafolls ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist gleich um die Ecke und sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt ist das Haus, der Pool und die Umgebung Familien sehr zu empfehlen, wobei die Inneneinrichtung nicht Kleinkind/Baby gerecht ist (Treppe, Steckdosen und Deko).

Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein, aber für Urlaub vollkommend ausreichend. Es gibt einige Dinge, die repariert werden müssen, aber nichts was einen einschränkt.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette maison intégré dans une citée genre corons du nord,mais habité par des catalans en majorité, gentil et abordable autour de la piscine. Le calme à proximité des grandes stations balnéaire de la Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret, Santa Susanna etc...), les jolies parcs pour les enfants en bas age et toute les commodités autour (Supérette,boulangerie,bars). La commodité de la maison identique à la description faite sur Abritel,qui convient parfaitement à un groupe de 8 personnes,avec sa cour fermée très pratique pour les enfants.L'accueil Vivalidays simple et chaleureux,disponible. En résumé nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour en Catalogne.
