Throughout the centuries Can Rabassa has been reformed keeping its essence and decoration, which makes it particular and unique. All a mixture of different centuries that will make you go back to the past with the comforts of the present.

Each room is called with the name of a wind has its own personality, charm and comfort with its own stylish decoration that makes it unique.

In Can Rabassa you can enjoy its large swimming pool with crystal clear water, surrounded by a spectacular garden with a private fenced forest.
In its magnificent exterior you can enjoy various spaces with garden furniture and stone barbecue. Its different spaces offer you a special calm, where you can contemplate and enjoy nature, comfortably read a book, enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the mountains or gaze at the stars during summer nights.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
For safety reasons the indoor fireplace CANNOT be used, due to the smoke outlets are blocked.

Guests can make use of the firewood the property for the barbecue, as well as the aromatic herbs that can be used in the kitchen.

Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office with no cost.

·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.

·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.


Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.

· Pets are not allowed

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
