The atmosphere of tranquillity that Casa Rural Anna offers you will allow you to dedicate time to your loved ones and for them to dedicate time to you. What better way to recover that essence of enjoying time together, a walk in the mountains, hiking or cycling, family meals, a game of cards, playing ludo, playing ball... or why not simply rest surrounded by nature.
A detail to bear in mind: the rooms are closed with curtains acting as a door.
About 20 kilometres from the house is Lake Banyoles where you can take a boat trip or enjoy yourself in the designated bathing area with complete peace of mind, as it has a lifeguard during the summer months.

The house is distributed over 2 floors with access to the second floor via stairs.
It has:

- 2 bathrooms
- bedrooms
- terrace with portable barbecue
People in the property:
· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.
CHECK-IN:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
The keys are collected directly at the property.
· Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.
· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Collection of keys via security box at the property.
. Security deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked until 2 days before arrival.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.
Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rates, to be charged on-site by the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is €6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights the maximum cost per pet will be €42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) accepts no responsibility for theft or burglary of property or any loss during your stay.
