HOUSE WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, BARBECUE AND WIFI WITH A CAPACITY FOR 10 PEOPLE
Ricardo House is located in an urbanisation in Sant Cebrià de Vallalta.
Its location surrounded by nature makes it an ideal house to enjoy magnificent holidays disconnecting from the stress and routines of everyday life.
At your disposal is a swimming pool in which you can enjoy refreshing baths during the hottest moments.
On its exterior, there are sunbeds where one can relax under the sun and enjoy the tranquillity.
Free WiFi available on the property.
Access to the house is via stairs leading down and the dwelling is distributed on a single floor.
It is divided as follows:
- dining room
- fully equipped kitchen
- 4 bedrooms
. bedroom 1: 1 double bed
. bedroom 2: 1 double bed
. bedroom 3: 2 single beds
. bedroom 4: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed
Ideal house for spending pleasant, peaceful holidays away from the city stress, surrounded by nature.
Use of the Barbecue:
The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire risk.
- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
Persons on the property:
· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. Key collection is carried out at our office from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, due to causes beyond Vivalidays' control.
Late arrival and departure outside of hours:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided. Keys:
- Loss of property keys:
. Price of 100€ for reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new key set.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rate, to be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property. ·
. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed. Price of 6/day per pet for bookings of less than 7 nights. Price from 7 nights 42 euros per pet
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.

Wir hatten einen äußerst schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft – mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge, gleichzeitig nahe am Meer und ideal, um die Umgebung zu genießen. Das große Grundstück war perfekt für uns, wir hatten viel Platz und konnten die Zeit draußen sehr genießen. Auch der Pool hat uns überzeugt: sowohl von der Tiefe als auch von der Größe war er absolut ausreichend und perfekt für entspannte Tage. Die Gegend selbst ist sehr ruhig, man hat viel Privatsphäre, und die Nachbarn waren ausgesprochen freundlich, was wir besonders geschätzt haben. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt haben.
