Apartment Mar is situated in a privileged location, right on the beachfront and with direct access to it.
From its balcony you will enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the communal swimming pool.
This apartment is simple and perfect for those people who do not want to depend on a vehicle since it is also very close to Santa Susanna train station.
The area is ideal for coming to enjoy the beach, the sun and the entire seafront promenade where you will find different shops, restaurants, cafés...
It is located on the 6th floor of the building with a lift.
Its distribution is as follows:

. separate kitchen
. 2 bedrooms
. 1 bathroom with shower
. 1 toilet
. free wifi.
Perfect for families due to its location which will allow you to easily discover our coast.
- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.
· Community swimming pool subject to the rules of the homeowners' association where the house is located. The rules for using the swimming pool may vary depending on each situation.
People in the property:
· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.
CHECK-IN:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Out of hours arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price £50 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price £100 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.
· Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.
· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Security deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rates, to be charged on-site by the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is €6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights the maximum cost per pet will be €42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.
No beach towels are provided.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) accepts no responsibility for theft or burglary of property or any loss during your stay.

Top, merci beaucoup ! L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel, bien placé, à deux pas de la plage à pied, c’est pour se garer que c’est un peu compliqué mais comme toujours à Blanes. Sinon rien à dire 🌞
