APARTMENT 3 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH AND NEAR THE PASEO MARÍTIMO DE SANTA SUSANNA. LARGE SALT WATER POOL AND GARDEN.
· Apartment located just 3 minutes walking from the beach, next to the promenade and the leisure tourist area of Santa Susanna and Malgrat de Mar.
· Communal area with large swimming pool , garden with lawn, picnic area, sports court, swings ...
· Free Wi-Fi .
· The perfect place for holidays: beaches, promenade, supermarket, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports, playground ...
· Large public outdoor parking located behind the apartment.
· Barcelona-El Prat Airport 80 km. Girona-Costa Brava Airport 35 km.
· Public transport: a few minutes from the Santa Susanna train station, R1 coastal train line to the center of Barcelona.
· Close to the best beaches and towns on the Barcelona Coast and the Costa Brava and the cities of Girona and Barcelona.
-Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old.
-It is mandatory to show an Identity card or passport upon the arrival, anything different is not allowed.
. Key collection takes place in our office from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.
·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: Price €200 to be charged on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets are not a llowed:
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.
