APARTMENT 3 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH AND NEXT TO THE SEAFRONT PROMENADE OF SANTA SUSANNA WITH CAPACITY FOR 2 PEOPLE.
LARGE SALTWATER SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN.
· Apartment located just a 3-minute walk from the beach, next to the seafront promenade and the lively tourist area of Santa Susanna and Malgrat de Mar.
· Community area with large saltwater swimming pool, lawn garden, picnic area, sports court, swings...
· Community swimming pool subject to the rules of the homeowners' association where the house is located. The rules for using the swimming pool may vary depending on each situation.

. Living dining room with access to the balcony
. 1 bedroom with double bed
. 1 bathroom with shower
. Equipped kitchen
. Free WiFi
. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.
· The perfect place for a holiday: beaches, seafront promenade, supermarket, shops, restaurants, boat trips, sports, and children's playground…
· Large public open-air car park located behind the apartment.
· Barcelona-El Prat Airport 80 km away. Girona-Costa Brava Airport 35 km away.
· Public transport: a few minutes from Santa Susanna train station, R1 coastal train line to Barcelona city centre.
· About the best beaches and towns on the Barcelona Coast and the Costa Brava and the cities of Girona and Barcelona.
The accommodation does not have a parking space.
People in the property:
· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.
- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.
CHECK-IN:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
Key collection takes place at our office from 16:00 to 19:00

. Option to deliver keys at the accommodation for an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key delivery. This service must be requested in advance.
*Please note that there may be a delay in the delivery of keys at the accommodation due to reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.
Out of hours arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price £50 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price £100 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.
· Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.
· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Security deposit of 200 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rates, to be charged on-site by the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.
No beach towels are provided.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) accepts no responsibility for theft or burglary of property or any loss during your stay.
