Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

The apartments are well located. From the balcony opens a magnificent sea view. Every day we admired the seascapes. Nearby are cafes, shops and transport stops (bus, train). The hostess is very welcoming and friendly. Our rest was excellent.

We had our 2 year old daughter with us and she loved the toys that were in the apartment and for us the fact that the playground was right next door, on the doorstep of the beach, and restaurants all around certainly made our life easier. We did use see more

We did use the pool which was great for our daughter as she was able to walk and play in the first half as it wasn't too deep. And easily found free street parking nearby. Great stay, would recommend.
