Located in the town of Pineda de mar and just 30 metres from the beach. It has a living-dining room, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with bathtub. The accommodation offers free wifi service. The building has a lift.

Persons in the property: · The house is rented complete for exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.

Check-in: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years. · It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in.
