Its excellent location just 1 minute from the beach makes it ideal for families.
It is completely renovated, cosy and bright.
Its layout is as follows:
- Living room with direct access to a balcony with garden furniture. Perfect for sunbathing and eating if you wish!
- Open-plan kitchen.
- Bathroom with bathtub,
Responsible water use is requested, we kindly ask you to use the shower for personal hygiene.
- 2 bedrooms:
bedroom 1: 1 double bed
bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
Ceiling fans for the hottest summer days.
- Free WiFi.
- It is the ideal apartment for your holidays due to its location, very close to restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and everything you may need at a short walking distance.
- 55 km from Barcelona and 20 km from the Costa Brava.
- Pineda de Mar train station is located just 500 metres from the apartment, about 15 minutes walking. You can take the train to Barcelona (approx. 1 h) or Blanes (approx. 15 min). A way to move around more peacefully and comfortably without having to use your car.
- The centre of Pineda is located just 10 minutes walking distance
- All amenities at your disposal to enjoy some well-deserved holidays!
· Minimum age to book: 18 years old

In case of neighbour complaints or police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the traveller must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets allowed with extra cost, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
· Smoking prohibited in the accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause fires in the dwelling.

. Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.

Das Gute Vorab, diw Wohnung iat wirklich top. Groß, sehr schön, mit großem Balkon und fast direkt am Strand. Um die Ecke sind tolle Restaurants und Bar und Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Einen Parkplatz in der eigenen Parkgarage gibt es kostenlos. Man see more
Das Gute Vorab, diw Wohnung iat wirklich top. Groß, sehr schön, mit großem Balkon und fast direkt am Strand. Um die Ecke sind tolle Restaurants und Bar und Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Einen Parkplatz in der eigenen Parkgarage gibt es kostenlos. Man sollte beachten, dass das Parkhaus stellenweise eng und verwinkelt ist. Aber dies soll nicht negativ wirken, denn unseren Aufenthalt hat es nicht geschmälert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
