. Option for key delivery at the accommodation with an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key delivery. This service must be requested in advance.

Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.

· Payment of tourist tax is mandatory. €2.75 per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. (for persons aged +16 years).

. Security deposit of €300. This will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

. No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.

. Parties or celebrations at the property are NOT permitted.
In the event of complaints from neighbours or if the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the guest must leave the accommodation immediately.

· Pets are allowed at an extra cost.
Pet owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

· Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

. It is prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause fires in the property.

. Beach towels are not provided.
