Pineda de Mar is a very quiet and family-friendly village with good bars and restaurants, as well as its parks for children and a beautiful seafront promenade ideal for walking day and night.

Pineda de Mar has many activities for the whole family from mountain excursions, horse riding, bicycle rental, kayaks during the months of July and August and much more.

The apartment is perfectly connected by bus and train
. With trains heading to Barcelona - Girona and airport every 30 minutes. Train station about 100 metres away.
. Access from the Maresme motorway C32 exit Pineda de Mar 1 km, connection to go to both Barcelona airport and Girona airport 35 km away.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
I want to inform you that due to the Emergency situation caused by drought and water restrictions, the municipality of Pineda de Mar has reduced water pressure. This problem affects especially the flats located on upper floors (this one in particular is a penthouse). It affects mainly the bathroom area, both hot and cold water, the flow is minimal and may require your patience for personal hygiene. If despite this notice you wish to proceed with your booking, we will be delighted to welcome you.

People in the property:
· The house is rented in full for exclusive use by guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.

Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory that all guests present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

· Key collection takes place at our office from 16:00 to 19:00

Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.

· Failure to check in on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.

· Tourist tax payment is mandatory: Price €2 per night/person over 16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.

- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your reservation. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible timeframe.

Cleaning:
. The house must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish disposed of in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, the owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rates, will be charged on-site to the technician.

Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.

· Parties or celebrations are not permitted in the property.
- If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or loss of property or any loss during your stay.
