-This apartment is available for 4 people with a double bedroom and another one with a bunkbed. Living and dinning room, open kitchen and bathroom.
-In a perfect place: 2 minutes walking from the beach, promenade, playground, supermarkets, shops, restaurants in the area of Fenals in Lloret.

- Public transport: city bus of Lloret de Mar (nr 2) with different stops in Fenals. Interurban bus to Blanes train station and train to Barcelona city center to visit it.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.

· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: rate according to locksmith, to be paid on site to the technician

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed at 10 kg: this has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet. In case of booking with more than 7 days the maximum cost will be 42€/pet/booking.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.

We had all, and even more! Its clean and nice. 2 min walking to the beach. For us it was best location coz its far from centre( no loud music and croud) and near the beach. So best place for rest. About the appartment, we had all we need for coockingsee more

The appartment is accurately described, and well located on the not-too-noisy part of Lloret de Mar. The appartment and the whole residence is very quiet, however you will not avoid people coming back from night clubs at 45 am and talking loudly in tsee more

The appartment and the whole residence is very quiet, however you will not avoid people coming back from night clubs at 45 am and talking loudly in the street. But this is common to all Costa Brava coast i suppose ... The residence seem to be mostly inhabited by spanish people, which is good! The very nice beach of Fenals is exactly at 100m. Manel has been very reactive when we had a small problem, that is good. So thanks to Mei and Manel for the nice week we had in Spain!

Le cadre est agréable. Les bâtiments sont bien entretenu, et s'intègrent bien dans l'environnement. l'appartements est sympa, bien équipés, pour les familles avec enfants aussi une très belle piscine, sans parler des espaces verts. La plage toute prosee more
