People in the property:
· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum occupancy of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.

Check-in:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years.
· All guests must present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

· Key collection takes place at our office from 16:00 to 19:00

Late arrival and departure:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.

· Failure to arrive on the day of check-in, no refund of the booking will be made.

· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €2 per night/person over 16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.

. Security deposit of €300. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the case of cash payment, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.

Cleaning:
. The house must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish placed in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, the owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning charge of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rates, will be charged on-site to the technician.

Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.

·· Parties or celebrations are not permitted in the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

. Lighting candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the property is prohibited.

. Beach towels are not provided.

- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery at the property or any loss during your stay.
