· Minimum age to book: 18 years

· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years.
· It is mandatory that all guests present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. Key collection takes place at our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Late arrival and late checkout:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price of €50 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price of €100 per booking (payment on arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with safe box at the office at no cost.
· Non-arrival on the check-in day will result in the booking not being refunded.
- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed in the shortest time possible.
· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price of €2 per night/person over 16 years old and maximum payment of 7 nights.
. Security deposit of €300. This will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In case of cash payment, you must provide an IBAN number for its return via bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied, dishes cleaned and rubbish placed in the street bins before departure, otherwise a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not included.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price of £100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the front door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rate, to be paid on site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests commit to respecting the property rules and, especially, to not making noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· Parties and celebrations are not permitted at the property.
In case of receiving complaints from neighbours or if the police are called, the deposit will not be refunded and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In pet-friendly properties, owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. It is forbidden to light candles or other objects that may cause a fire in the property.
. Beach towels are not provided.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or loss of property or any losses during your stay.

Notre séjour dans le logement de Mei c'est parfaitement déroulé, rien à reprocher. Mei à était très réactif quand il s'agissait de venir compléter un élément manquant dans le logement et je lui en remercie. logement conforme au photos.

Le seule point négatif pourrais être l'épaisseur des murs avec l'appartement voisin qui fait que l'on peut entendre parfois le voisinage mais cela n'est pas dérangeant et on s'y habitue vite. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revoir séjournez dans le logement.see more
