Cosy apartment for 2/4 people in Fenals - Lloret de Mar with communal swimming pool, very close to Fenals beach.

It has all the amenities for a good holiday.

The layout is as follows:

The accommodation does not have a parking space.

People in the property:
· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.

· Communal swimming pool subject to the rules of the community of owners where the house is located. The rules for using the swimming pool may vary depending on each situation.

CHECK-IN:
· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old. · All guests must present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Out of check-in hours option with security box at the office at no cost.

- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your reservation. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.

· Failure to check in on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.

· Tourist tax payment is mandatory: Price €2.75 per night/person over 16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.

· Security deposit of €200. This will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the case of cash payment, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your reservation. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible timeframe.

Cleaning:
· The accommodation must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish placed in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rates, will be charged on-site by the technician.

Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 08:00 in the morning.

· Parties or celebrations are not permitted at the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.

· Pets are allowed. The cost is €6/day/pet. For reservations of more than 7 nights the maximum cost per pet will be €42/reservation.

IMPORTANT:
In properties where pets are accepted, pet owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning charge of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

. It is prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the property.

. Beach towels are not provided.

- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.
