· Just cross the street and you'll be on the seafront promenade and Lloret beach.
· Apartment with balcony with sea views.
· Located in the lively area of Lloret, next to shops, restaurants, bars...

· Bus station of Lloret 7 minutes walking from the apartment.
· Train from Barcelona (line R1) or Girona (R11+R1) to Blanes train station and bus to Lloret de Mar.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price of the rate will depend on the technician and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:

· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

Lage top, direkt am Wasser. Kommunikation war ganz gut. Die Wohnung ist nicht super riesig, aber in Ordnung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt. Seife im Bad wäre noch toll. Die Schlüssel mussten 25 min zu Fuß entfernt abgeholt werden, weil wisee more

Tres proche de cet appartement il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants où vous pouvez manger ce que vous voulez dans la cuisine espagnole, française et italienne. En cette appertement était exactement comme nous nous attendions, propre et il y a tout le necessaire dans une maison. Hôtes étaient très chaleureux et nous avons répondu à toutes leurs questions, en outre, ils nous ont donné plus d'informations turistique. Merci pour tout. A bientôt.
