Book this ground floor apartment with a large terrace and all services nearby: cafes, supermarkets, restaurants,...perfect for children as you will find a children's park next to it.
This precious accommodation is furnished and distributed as follows:
- bedroom 1: 1 double bed,
- bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed, (double bed below, single bed above),
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- dining room-living room
- open kitchen and a small storage room where the washing machine is located.
The apartment is equipped to meet all your needs and its location makes it an ideal destination for your holidays.
It has air conditioning in the living room and free WiFi.
The community area is ideal, as it is spacious and you will be able to enjoy its saltwater swimming pool.
The accommodation does not have a parking space.
- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
Persons on the property:
· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.
CHECK-IN:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Late arrival and departure outside of hours:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
. No beach towels are provided.

Très bel appartement fonctionnel. La procédure d'inscription avec photos de carte d'identité et beaucoup d'autres renseignements un peu lourde. Le lit à étage n'était pas très bien fixé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

logement très propre et rapport qualité prix incroyable ! l'arrivée c'est très bien passé et accueillant du gentillesse incroyable, tout est accessible à pied ou en transport en commun donc pas besoin de prendre le véhicule une fois sur place. l'appasee more
