Description
Precious seafront apartment, decorated down to the smallest detail with capacity for 7 people.
Apartour offers comfort and modernity, it is new and its design and decoration make it different and unique.
Inside, you will find spacious, bright spaces that will make you feel at home. From its balcony, with terrace furniture, you can enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Ideal apartment for spending excellent holidays as it is located in a privileged area of Calella.
Direct access to the beach by crossing the level crossing.
Building without a lift.
It is distributed as follows:
- spacious dining room with sea views
- 3 bedrooms:
bedroom 1: double bed
bedroom 2: double bed
bedroom 3: 3 single beds
- Fully equipped American kitchen
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 bathroom with shower
- Equipped balcony.
The accommodation does not have a parking space.
Free parking on the beach
Public paid parking 500 metres away. (Sant Jaume Street 338)
Persons on the property:
· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

- Option for key delivery at the accommodation. Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros
*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, due to causes beyond Vivalidays' control.
Late arrival and departure outside of hours:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Deposit of £300 to be paid upon arrival.
Cleaning:
. The apartment must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
· No smoking.
- Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
- IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.

Het verblijf is fantastisch, en luxe! De bedden zijn heerlijk, en de ligging tov de restaurants, barretjes, Barcelona, Lloret de Mar, Girona is erg goed. Enige punt is de spoorwegovergang die exact tegenover het appartement ligt. Opzich is dit niet esee more

Enige punt is de spoorwegovergang die exact tegenover het appartement ligt. Opzich is dit niet erg, en valt zelfs het geluid met de schuifpui dicht heel erg mee, maar met de schuifpui open valt op dat de bel van de spoorweg onnodig lang en vaak herrie maakt. Dat is jammer.

Das Apartment war den Fotos entsprechend modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt von Calella. Der kleine Bahnhof der Stadt befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt und bietet see more
Das Apartment war den Fotos entsprechend modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt von Calella. Der kleine Bahnhof der Stadt befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt und bietet sich gut an, um Tagestouren nach Barcelona zu unternehmen (ca. 1h Fahrzeit). In der Wohnung waren Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ein Wäscheständer und Trockner vorhanden, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat gut funktioniert. Einem muss bewusst sein, dass unmittelbar vor der Haustür eine Bahnstrecke verläuft, mit dem Geräuschpegel ist man aber gut zurechtgekommen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.
