It is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift.
The Montserrat apartment has a capacity for 5 people and has a terrace equipped with a barbecue.

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed

Access to the upper floor is made by stairs.

For the hottest days of summer, it has at its disposal, a portable air conditioning unit in the living room
Its excellent location just 1 minute from the seafront and the main beach make it ideal for spending unforgettable holidays.
It is located in the historic centre of Blanes, on one of the streets with the most traditions in the town, where you can enjoy the best restaurants and quality shops in the village.
You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the International Fireworks Competition in Blanes lasting 5 nights.
Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.
CHECK-IN:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

. Option of key delivery at the accommodation with an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key handover. This service must be requested in advance.
*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.
. Option to collect the keys from a safety box in the town of Pineda de Mar at no cost. This service must be requested in advance and will be confirmed according to the availability of the small boxes.
Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
. No beach towels are provided.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.

Me gustó la ubicación, la limpieza y el apartamento que es precioso. nEstuvimos muy a gusto a nivel de confort, tanto por la calefacción, que ya estaba encendida a nuestra llegada, como por las duchas que funcionaban muy bien. Todo muy agradable.

Mei’s property is spacious, clean, well equipped and and ideally located in Blanes. It is close to town for shopping and restaurants, and close to the beach. We had a lovely stay there and would definitely recommend this property if staying in Blanessee more
