· Privileged location in Blanes, Costa Brava. Cosy and spacious accommodation (120m²) located on the beachfront, with views of the sea and the harbour.
· Three-bedroom apartment, accommodating up to 6 people*, ideal for families. Two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
· New apartment and 5-star decoration.
· All the necessary amenities to enjoy a perfect stay.
· Large terrace with garden furniture for relaxing and eating outdoors.
· Spacious, bright and cosy dining room with an exceptional view of Blanes.
· Fully new design kitchen equipped with appliances. Gas cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, coffee maker, kettle...
· Two complete and new bathrooms: one bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower.
The access to the apartment is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Interior doors 90 cm.
· The perfect place for holidays: the beach, the harbour, the seafront promenade, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports, children's playground, botanical gardens in Blanes...
You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the International Fireworks Competition in Blanes lasting 5 nights.
Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.
· The best beaches and coves around: Blanes beach, S'Abanell beach, Santa Anna point, Sant Francesc cove (Bona cove), Treumal, Santa Cristina...
· Large public outdoor car park (paid) located in the port in front of the apartment.
. Paid public parking on Passeig de mar. (approximately 950 metres away).
· Public transport: Blanes bus station with connection to Barcelona and Girona-Costa Brava airports. Blanes train station, coastal line (R1) to Barcelona city centre.
Unforgettable holidays!
Unfortunately this accommodation does not accept groups under 25 years old.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

- Option for key delivery at the accommodation. Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros
*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, due to causes beyond Vivalidays' control.
Late arrival and departure outside of hours:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.
· Pets are allowed, there is an extra cost of £6/day/pet, for stays over 7 nights the maximum cost will be £42/pet/booking.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.

This is a fantastic apartment in an ideal location. The apartment is modern, clean and stocked with all of the amenities that a guest would require. Although it does not have air-conditioning, this is not required as there is a natural breeze and thesee more
This is a fantastic apartment in an ideal location. The apartment is modern, clean and stocked with all of the amenities that a guest would require. Although it does not have air-conditioning, this is not required as there is a natural breeze and the apartment is a perfect temperature. It is ideal for a family – with adequate space and bedrooms to make any stay comfortable. The many beaches, market, shops and town are all easily accessible – most with a short walk. The apartment is managed by a local property manager – Vivalidays – who I must commend on their professionalism and service that was provided. I would not hesitate to recommend staying in this apartment.
