· Two-bedroom apartment, with capacity for up to 5 people, located just 5 minutes walking from the beach and the S'Abanell seafront promenade in Blanes and 8 minutes from the town centre.
· Tastefully furnished apartment.
· Free Wi-Fi internet.
· All the necessary amenities to enjoy a perfect stay.
· 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed (trundle bed underneath the bunk bed).
· Living Room-Dining Room and balcony for outdoor dining.
· Fully equipped kitchen with appliances. One complete bathroom.
Air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.
· Supermarkets and shops in the same area.
· Parking around the apartment and large public car park 300 m away.
· Wide and flat avenues and streets for walking.
· The best beaches and coves: Blanes beach, S'Abanell beach, Sant Francesc cove, Treumal, Santa Cristina...
· Public transport: 2 minutes from Blanes bus station with connection to Barcelona and Girona-Costa Brava airports. Blanes train station, coastal line (R1) to Barcelona city centre.
You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the International Fireworks Competition in Blanes lasting 5 nights.
Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.

- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Late Arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price £50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price £100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

It's a spacious apartment with good amenities, 5 min walk from.the beach and a good 15 min walk into Blanes Centre. Area around the apartment is not the prettiest but it's a good base to explore the Costa Brava and handy for bus station and supermarksee more

We loved the area and a day trip to Barcelona and the nearby Botantical Gardens are an absolute must!

Apartamento lindo, cómodo, buena ubicación: cerca de la playa. Todo lo necesario en la cocina. Piscina muy buena! La única contra es que es ruidoso. Tuvimos un problema con una puerta, y la agencia actuó de forma inmediata. Gracias!
